Is Your Ego The Perfect Size To Be a Great Leader? I ran across the article by Ben Yoskovit, of Instigator Blog, and I had to think about my own ego. Being a speaker and entreprenuer, I guess I do have an ego. It's my ego that gives me the edge to get in the game. But I do not have a huge ego that gets me in trouble.
